TCL scoops 'Best Customer Service' Award from David Wilson Homes (South Midlands)
tcl have been awarded the coveted 'Best Customer Service Supplier Award' from David Wilson Homes (South Midlands). The award was presented to TCL's Managing Director, Simon Cashmore, at Northampton Rugby Club by David Bell, Managing Director of David Wilson Homes.
Commenting on the accolade Simon Cashmore said 'we were delighted to be chosen by David Wilson Homes, one of our largest customers, for this prestigious award. Customer service, and the delivery of a great customer experience, is hugely important to the team across the business and it is fantastic that such an important customer feels that we are doing a good job supporting their business'.
