

ISO quality awards for tclandscapes

Following a recent assessment by an independent organisation on 4th January’08, tclandscapes limited were awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (environmental) accreditation. The award recognises our commitment to an exceptional quality of service and environmental awareness. Simon Cashmore, Managing Director commented “This follows several months of effort and focus during 2007 to ensure our internal business processes best support our customers. We have always been proud of the service we offer our clients, now with these awards, this has been confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging service on a daily basis in a wide variety of trades and industries”.

Neil Urquhart, the CQS Assessor who undertook the assessment, paid particular tribute to our investment in people and training. tclandscapes have introduced an NVQ award in amenity horticulture (landscaping) training scheme for all operational colleagues within our business. The programme commenced at the beginning of January and the aim is to have a fully qualified workforce by the end of September 2008.
